Hello, I'm Andrew Belaveshkin , MD PhD, and creator of  Rewellme app ( AppStore , GooglePlay or Web ):   an evidence-based approach to psychotherapy and mental health based on visual metaphors, mental contrasting, and a card system. Having worked with patients in the field of preventive medicine and healthy lifestyles for a long time, I noticed that the biggest problem is not a lack of knowledge. Rewellme Subscription Terms and Conditions

  1. Free Trial:

    • Eligibility: New users are entitled to a one-month free trial, starting from the date of registration.
    • Trial Conversion: At the end of the trial period, users must choose a subscription plan to continue using the service. If no plan is selected, access to premium features will be restricted.

  2. Subscription Plans:

    • Annual Subscription (Prepaid):
      • Cost: €20 per year, if paid during the free trial period.
      • Billing: The full amount is charged at the time of purchase, and the subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of payment.
    • Annual Subscription (Post-Trial):
      • Cost: €40 per year, if paid after the trial period ends.
      • Billing: The full amount is charged immediately upon subscription, with coverage for 12 months from the payment date.
    • Monthly Subscription:
      • Cost: €7 per month.
      • Billing: Billed monthly on the same date as the initial purchase, with automatic renewal unless canceled.

  3. Automatic Renewal:

    • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
    • The renewal will be charged at the same rate as the original subscription unless otherwise notified.

  4. Cancellation Policy:

    • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the account settings within the app or via the platform's app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). 

    • Cancelling a subscription made through Stripe

    • No Refunds: Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription.

  5. Modifications to Pricing and Plans:

    • Rewellme reserves the right to modify the subscription fees and billing methods. Users will be notified of any changes to the pricing structure at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
    • Existing subscriptions will continue at their original rate until the end of the current billing cycle.

  6. Standard Terms:

    • All other terms and conditions of use, including those regarding privacy, data protection, and content, are applicable as per Rewellme's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
