Rewellme app: reset your mindset

Hello, I'm Andrew Belaveshkin , MD PhD, and creator of  Rewellme app ( AppStore , GooglePlay or Web ):   an evidence-based approach to psychotherapy and mental health based on visual metaphors, mental contrasting, and a card system. Having worked with patients in the field of preventive medicine and healthy lifestyles for a long time, I noticed that the biggest problem is not a lack of knowledge. People already know very well what is useful and what is harmful. The problem is the gap between knowledge and intention. How add a card

How to create new cards:

  1. Brainstorm an idea for a new card in your head. It's a creative process: Start by choosing an intervention from the provided list, which includes options like therapeutic metaphors, mental contrasting, and the "if-then" algorithm. You can find the complete list in the manual.

  2. Card Label: Select a suitable label for your card. This can be an existing tag, or you have the flexibility to create your own tag in advance through the settings.

  3. Illustration Preparation: Prepare square images for both the front and back of the cards. You can also customize the background.

The choice of background can be automatic or personalized, with personal backgrounds being particularly effective for evoking memories and establishing a contextual setting for specific triggers.

  4. Card Name: Create a concise and descriptive name for your card. The name should capture the core essence of the intervention or topic.

  5. Card Descriptions: Sign the cards with relevant content. The first card can feature a description of the problem or its most critical aspects.

On the second side, you may include an open-ended question or an inspirational slogan to ignite motivation for action.
